Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Soreia products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label where applicable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
