What makes Soreia silk different from other silk products?

Soreia uses 22 momme mulberry silk — a heavier, denser weight than the 16–19 momme silk common in mass-market products. Higher momme weight means a smoother surface, greater durability, and better performance for skin and hair. All products are Grade 6A, the highest quality grade available, and OEKO-TEX® certified free from harmful substances.

What is momme weight and why does it matter?

Momme (mm) is the unit used to measure silk density, similar to thread count in cotton. The higher the momme, the heavier, more durable, and more luxurious the silk. At 22 momme, Soreia silk is significantly denser than budget silk products, which typically range from 12–19 momme.

Is Soreia silk safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Soreia products are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certified, meaning they are tested and free from harmful substances. Silk is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites and allergens, making it suitable for sensitive, acne-prone, and reactive skin types.

What materials are your products made from?

All Soreia products are made from 22 momme 100% mulberry silk, Grade 6A, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certified. No synthetic blends, no satin substitutes.

What is the difference between silk and satin?

Silk is a natural protein fiber produced by silkworms. Satin is a weave pattern that can be made from synthetic materials like polyester. Many products marketed as "satin" are not silk at all. Soreia products are 100% mulberry silk — not satin, not a blend.

Which Soreia product should I start with?

How do I care for my silk products?

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent and lay flat to dry. For the silk pillowcase, a delicate machine cycle in a mesh laundry bag on cold is also safe. Do not tumble dry on high heat, bleach, or iron silk items.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

How long does shipping take?

US orders: 5–10 business days standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. International orders: 7–15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
